The finest quality salmon, duck, chicken, game, and cheeses are carefully cured and traditionally smoked in small batches using a unique blend of fruitwoods to produce some of the best smoked foods available. The quality of our smoked products is measured not only in the many customers who have repeat ordered over the last 25 years , but more recently in the many awards given to our smoked foods including 12 Medals for Great Taste - 5 much covered golds - the highest accolade that can be given, and 8 World medals.
